I ordered the gaon special rajasthani gatta Sabzi today and was very impressed! The spices were perfectly balanced, creating a rich and delicious gravy. The gatta themselves were melt-in-your-mouth tender, not at all dry or dense. It felt like an authentic and well-prepared dish of rajasthan, and I’m so glad I decided to try it.
