Pathetic response. Clear instruction were not followed. two very small size (like sample pieces) of Uttapam were sent. is it a mockery to charge 210 plus tax plus packing etc etc & deliver two pcs which are smaller than palm. Sheer cheating with your customers. Both dosas became too soggy, as instructions to pack masala separately was not gollowed. overall sheer wastage of money.

The dosa was good but cold, however, I didn’t like the chutney’s packaging—it was in paper packaging, and the paper was getting soggy because of it.
