Cons: Food quality seems to be deteriorated, you feel bloated (in an unhealhty way) post eating the mutton, Washroom hygiene has weird smell and stinge the outside seating isn't great, except just made aesthetic. No provision to keep insects out of your food. Overpriced for the quality. The staff become very rude and tries to rush you out if you stay even little late by 12am. Pro: location, subject to timings. But there are better value for money places.

As a regular customer who has celebrated special occasions at Gallop’s in the past—including my birthday last year—I was genuinely surprised and disappointed by the noticeable drop in food quality and overall service this time.Out of the 20 guests who dined with us that evening, nearly 12–13 have since experienced stomach-related issues. Most of the feedback pointed toward undercooked starters and below-average food quality. This was unexpected from an establishment we’ve long trusted for consistent excellence.The service experience was equally underwhelming. Since we were seated outside the cabana, the food was left out for a while before being served, which caused it to become cold when it reached our guests. The outdoor area was poorly ventilated, with an overall uncomfortable setup.Moreover, the seating arrangement was far too cramped. Despite requesting additional space, it took over an hour and a half for one extra table to be arranged, during which three guests had to remain standing.I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken constructively.I sincerely hope you will investigate these concerns. Gallop’s has always been a special place in our family’s celebrations.
