Be cautious about hygiene standards at GYLT. We recently visited with colleagues and ordered lemon juice with water. Shockingly, the staff mixed it using tap water right in front of me. When I refused to accept it, he insisted that bottled water could not be used. His response was rude and dismissive.This incident completely changed our plan—we had initially thought of returning with a larger group, but within an hour we decided against it. For a place charging premium prices, such poor hygiene practices are unacceptable.GYLT management: please monitor these issues carefully. Using tap water for drinks is not only unhygienic but also damaging to customer trust.
