We were there last month and it was the worst decision I have ever made where the rooms were okay but the washroom was very bad where the shower was not working and the basin drawers were falling if touched. I thought this was only it but no the room service was slow and we were not provided with the stuff we wanted. The entrance was very bad, narrow and dirty with Pigeon litter try finding a better hotel nearby don't make the mistake I did. Honestly the food was excellent but DON'T DARE TO ORDER TEA separately as you will be having the most expensive tea there. Service: 1

We from The Supreme Industries have organised full day plumbing workshop program at Hotel Grand Arsh Residency on 04.12.2024. venue/ staff behaviour was good & helpful. Food quality & services was so excellent.Venue location is also so good to reach our participants. Service: 5
