Though food is good, I'm very disappointed with the service quality. Very poor customer service as I found them forcing their way to customers instead of trying to understand customer requirements or choices. In short, staffs are too naive and need proper training. Just had the fried chicken from Go Grill Thalassery, and it was absolutely incredible! The chicken was perfectly juicy, with a crispy exterior and just the right amount of spice. This is hands down the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted—flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. A must-try for anyone who loves fried chicken! Highly recommend!
