Food is an absolute banger, as always. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere didn't live up to the same standard. Waiting 15–20 minutes for a Mayo Garlic Bread was disappointing, especially when the other branches are much quicker. Good food is worth the wait but garlic bread probably shouldn't be. The dine-in experience also needs improvement. The lack of proper ventilation left our eyes burning from the kitchen smoke, and it was hard not to notice employees spending time on their phones while orders were still pending. I have had Mix sauce pasta and assorted bread for my first visit and then Bell pepper roasted pasta and jain butter bread the next time. Loved each bite 10/10 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Recommended dishes: Assorted Garlic Bread, Mix Pasta, Bell Pepper Sauce Pasta Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Visited Fusilli Reasons again, this time at the Velachery outlet . Compared to the other branch, this outlet felt much smaller and crowded. I ordered my favourite Mac & Cheese once again , but honestly the taste felt average this time and didn’t match the rich cheesy flavour I had in the previous outlet. The ambience was okay, but some Gen Z kids occupied the tables for too long and were making too much noise , which became a disturbance for other customers. A few people were even waiting outside for seats while they didn’t seem to care. Still, the pasta craving was satisfied somehow but this branch definitely needs improvement in taste, space management & customer atmosphere.
