I had ordered a 12 inch bollywood pizza. I soon realized that it had the following missing toppings: sun dried tomatos, red chillies and basil pesto.
Upon informing them about this, they put the sun dried tomatos on top.
They then said that the red chillies are actually the chilly flakes. I then informed them that it was I who put the chilly flakes myself. By this time another person came and said that the red chillies are below the cheese. (while eating the pizza I was unable to find or taste any red chilly at all !!).
Regarding the basil pesto, they said they did not have it in stock.
I told them they should have informed me about this before I had ordered the pizza (which cost me 400 Rs).
Let me not even get started about the fact that the pizza was burnt at the sides.
The problem here is not about the missing toppings. The problem here is the attitude of the staff when I informed them about it. They were trying their best to deny that they have made a mistake and were cooking up lies on the spot. There was no remorse. Not even for 1 sec did they sound apologetic, let alone apologize.
I left this place having completely wasted my 400 Rs and having spoilt my mood.
Opening a restaurant in a fancy place does not guarantee that the restaurant has food ethics. Never coming back to this place again.
