Worst customer service... I was a regular customer there and also a great fan of their thickshakes... Recently they launched the 99rs offer... We were super excited and went in but they said the offer items are over... Then we continued to buy in their usual price itself... Annoyingly, everytime we placed the order the gentleman was insisting that those items are costly and was asking if we would be able to afford it... In the midst of so many customers sitting there we were really pissed... We very well knew the regular price and the way he questioned and looked at us after each order was pretty embarrassing... So please don't treat your customers like that... We are looking at the menu card and ordering, it is obvious that we will also see the price... Judging too quickly based on what? Never stepping into Frozen bottle again...
