Very disappointing & rude service! I just bought Hazel nut ice cream from Frozen Bottle and it was literally half empty and tasted horrible. When I called the shop to ask about it, the staff spoke so rudely and did not even bother to respond properly. Such a pathetic customer service, no responsibility, no courtesy, nothing. Totally disappointed. I’m never ordering from here again.
