We went here an afternoon for lunch and absolutely loved the food spread. We took two chicken thalis and couldn't taste the fish as it was already the end of their lunch timings, and fish got over. We took an add-on of Prawn masala. The food was delicious. They even refilled the dal and bhat. Only that some may find the service a bit slower, but for us, it was not a problem. Extremely good Bengali food which is probably the best you can get in Puducherry. Awesome atmosphere, friendly well-spoken helpful staff. Price is worth for the food quantity given as it is all you can eat provided you take a thali. We reached when they had closed but they still opened up shop for us and gave us service. 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend. Honourable mention, this place was recommended to us for dine in by "Maharaja Tomare Selam" which is a cloud kitchen, so thanks to them. This place is awesome. Just like an oasis with delicious bengali cuisine at the heart of Pondicherry . Their menu is as vibrant and charming as the architecture, culture and nightlife of Pondicherry. Each and every dish has an authentic bengali taste. Thalis are also very delicious and budget friendly. I do love the ambience of the restaurant. The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. Keep it up. I have enjoyed my lunch very much with my family here.
