I used to be a regular customer but presently they have been acting very selfish and with a scammer attitude. I also order from them online through app because I like their items but recently they give you bottles with half the quantity for the full price you pay for. I never knew frozen bottle has started a scamming business for online deliveries. Please fix this attitude for your own good.

Loved coming to this place earlier but unfortunately it was a letdown this time. There's no fan/air conditioning service and they're taking way too long to deliver the food. Plus the person making the food was on his phone while making the food. Also, we asked for a plate since we had a small child with us but they didn't have any. Truly disappointed.

Terrible experience at Frozen Bottle, Ravipuram! I asked for a Hazelnut Chocolate Boba, they suggested a Mocha, and the worst part? They didn’t even know what mocha actually is! They confidently explained it all wrong, giving out misleading information. When I finally got my drink, it was a complete disaster. There was no chocolate taste at all! It was just overly sweet with a weird artificial flavor. The boba was too pasty and sticky, making it even worse. On top of that, the service was slow, and the staff seemed completely uninterested. Not worth the price or the visit! They seriously need better training and quality control. Would never recommend this place!
