The service and behavior of the staff were excellent and very humble, especially Tapan, who was extremely courteous and helpful. They provided quick and efficient service, and the place was neat and clean. I really enjoyed my experience at Frozen Bottle, especially at their Harlur Road outlet. The packaging was also impressive. I loved it and would definitely recommend visiting!
