Extremely bad. Whenever I come here, wifi doesn't work and they say today there is some problem. Their upma is the worst. Poor service poor food. Overpriced and no value for money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Please put a safety tape on the glass door when it is closed. My wife injured herself while walking into the door thinking it's open. This is very insensitive and irresponsible of Chai Point. Extremely disappointed with the experience. Please address this safety hazard immediately.
