This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a milkshake, ice cream, and a cake, and what I received was not just disappointing—it was alarming. First of all, there were cockroaches crawling near the counter. That alone is a huge red flag for hygiene. I immediately approached the service counter, but the staff refused to speak in either English or the local language. Instead, they kept responding in a language I couldn’t understand, showing complete disregard for communication. When I asked about the parcel order, they used rude gestures and body language instead of answering politely. The whole experience felt chaotic and disrespectful. But the worst part? I found a piece of glass in one of the items. That was the final straw. I had to throw everything away—yes, all of it—because there’s no way I’d risk anyone’s safety after that. If you’re even remotely concerned about hygiene, food safety, or basic respect—AVOID THIS PLACE. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Places like this shouldn’t be operating.
