I am totally disappointed with this café. My friend and I visited Café Azzure, and while the ambiance was decent, the food was completely inedible, and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. We ordered a paneer burger, a chicken burger, and fries using the scanner available on the table. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked a waiter about our order, only to be told that the order was not placed due to a broken link. We had to reorder everything, and after another 30 minutes, the waiter brought only the chicken burger and fries. When we asked about the paneer burger, he casually said it would take another 15 minutes. Frustrated, we canceled the order and left. To make matters worse, the chicken burger we received was soggy and tasted terrible. If there were an option to give a negative rating (below 1 star), I would definitely choose that.
