Had a very pleasant experience. Good Food and Speedy Service. I personally liked and would recommend the Lucknawi Veg Pizza. Courteous and Mannered Staff. We had a terrible experience at Pizza Zone. We had already booked our table through Swiggy Dinemart, but when we arrived, the restaurant staff refused to acknowledge our booking. Despite showing proof, they didn’t honor our reservation, and we were forced to wait for 40 to 50 minutes to get a table. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. If they don’t accept bookings from Swiggy Dinemart, they should clearly mention it instead of misleading customers. Poor service and mismanagement—I wouldn’t recommend this place!
