Today I visit Nexus One mall. I visit Pizza hut i got best service as well as got great offer. Service is very nice. Staff are friendly and supportive. Pizza tastes is delicious . I highly recommend. Review for Pizza Hut - Nexus Mall, Vastrapur I visited Pizza Hut in Nexus Mall, Vastrapur today with my family. I ordered a combination of medium and large pizzas, but the staff informed me that they didn’t have them available and that I couldn’t order a combo. I was told I would have to order small pizzas separately and buy cold drinks separately as well. However, after a few minutes, I noticed they were serving medium and large pizzas, but only for Swiggy and Zomato orders. It felt as though they were pushing customers to buy the small pizzas, possibly because they were trying to sell off older stock. This was very disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect better service and transparency. I’m not writing a fake review— I have the bill as proof and can upload it if needed. I spoke to a staff member named Aadharsh, but the situation didn’t improve. This behavior is really shameful, and I hope the higher authorities at Pizza Hut investigate this matter.
