This is not the first time I have encountered rude and unprofessional conduct at your store — it has now happened twice, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of improvement. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the attitude and tone displayed by the staff during my recent visit were completely unacceptable.
