This is to report that Flying Cakes automatically assume that default payment mode during delivery will always be via ONLINE options. This is HARRASSMENT. They didn't even ask or confirm mode of payment at the time of order being placed. If the person receiving the delivery doesn't use ONLINE options and only has CASH then the recipient is helpless. I only had INR 1000 cash but the delivery person came without even INR 100 for INR 900 cake. I was forced to set up online option in order to pay. To top it all, the manager at Gurgaon sector 23 disconnected the call while I was complaining about his poor management. Absolutely pathetic and not expected.

Been ordering from this place for years and the cake has always been great but yesterday I ordered a crunchy butterscotch for which they charged the price as well but there were no BUTTERSCOTCH NUTS which is the main part of a crunchy butterscotch cake. I even reached out to them about this issue on their whatsapp number but they are leaving the messages on read. Unprofessional behaviour and preparation wasn't according to the description.
