We ordered a waffle - Hazelnut and Nutella. The waffle was terrible. The manager was rude and refused to acknowledge the problem. Not only he refused to change the waffle he charged for the waffle that was so bad that it could not be eaten. I have never seen a poorer service level. I went to theos because most of the time I love their food...but this time it was a little different. I wanted to have the tiramisu glass and the waiter did not tell me if it had alcohol in it...and then when it arrived then he had to tell us...then I was looking at the ice cream...I wanted hazelnut crunch Gelato.... EMPTY there was no other chocolate ice cream. Nothing else in the store...AND NO TIRAMISU WITHOUT ALCOHOL.... There should be tiramisu for kids too...not only adults..and the waiter were super slow... they did not listen even though we called several times.
