Chris baked for my Dad’s birthday and completely stole the show! The blueberry cheesecake didn’t even last a minute after cutting, everyone loved the perfect balance of the tangy compote with the light, airy cream and base. The savory tarts were a huge hit too the crisp base with the pesto and spinach-feta combo was absolute perfection. Special shoutout from my mom: she says even if Chris ever decides to sell just the pesto, she’d buy bottles and bottles of it! We’ve already been told to order multiple boxes of tarts for our next family gathering. And the eclairs… wow. They genuinely transported me back to France. Each bite was a treat.
