Clearly visible in photos that what I order vs what I received. Worst ever service, support and cake. First I received a cake full of bokeh water... In the second delivery attempt the cake is totally side of the box and spoilt can be seen in images as well... The suggestion I received from the delivery agent is ma'am you shouldn't buy it online if you want it properly!!! I raised a concern to support that they don't even care about your day they have spoiled...rather than listening they just offer a refund of 100rs. Quality, support, delivery nothing is worth what we paid for..They are fooling customers with the images on website... I will never ever order and recommend from floweraura!! literally it's cake delivery in 30 min is best in the city.. love floweraura cakes.. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹200–400
