Went to the queenstown cafe for the 1st time. Their opening time is 12 noon. We reached around 11.50 am. The interiors are like a mini banquet hall. Pink sofas and all. Their ac is not effective for someone who is sitting right underneath it on the sofa so i was virtually sweating. We ordered for coffee but it wasnt available while the cafe had officially opened. Their barista had not yet arrived. Then we ordered for tea instead, which was ok. Lot of stuff on menu. Ordered for a bruschetta, which wasnt good, ddnt look or taste like a bruschetta. Looked more like a bread toastie with a lil cheese nd finely chopped onions & 2 finely chopped tomato pieces on the top. The bread We ordered for paneer butter masala sandwich, which was better than bruschetta but not that good either. They make it in white bread with some french fries topped with a lil mayo on the side. Latte was ok. Vinay, the server was nice & smiling. Did check on the food taste couple of times. On feedback for bruschetta, he said would call the chef but then came back saying the gead chef isnt available & its made by the junior chef who isnt coming outside. Bill took a long time to come. There was no music while we were sitting the Ambience was quite dull. An hour later they put on the lights & music. On asking why not earlier was told that the concerned person doesnt know how to switch on or operate the system. We celebrated my neice's 10th birthday there. It is a big area hall nd thats the lucrative thing about it. Service was quite slow. Food was nice but the way food was presented was not good at all. Presentation was poor. They had issues with children playing nd running around. They argued on the count of kids at the time of payment. But overall the party went well. Worst Management & Staff.

Do not organize any party or gathering here they will never cooperate with you.

I have organized a small party here, they suggested a photographer & we make payment to the cafe but still, we did not receive any payment. If you call the cafe they will tell the staff is changed and they are not obliged to give your photographs n all.
