I ordered a chicken biryani via zomato and they sent a biryani that was very bad 1. The rice tasted sour 2. They had listed that 2 piece chicken will be provided but only 1 piece chicken was given and that was also 5 cmx5cm in dimensions. 3. The fried onions which is put over biryani, was burnt they tasted fully burnt. 4. The raita provided was very bitter not good. 5. The tomato gravy they sent was also sour. This quality of food was very bad If you are wanting to try or visiting first time order or visit at your own risk as they just decorate food and they don't make the food consumable. I contacted the restaurant about the issue they said let us check and we will call you back is about to be an hour and till now no call back very bad service also. Absolutely Amazing Experience! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive — truly some of the best service we've ever received. Hi all rourkelites never order from flavour box they are very unprofessional.I order one cheese cake for new year celebration with sparkle candle. They didn't send sparkle candle and on call she said she will send before cake cutting all fake promises. Because of them I did not cut cake on new year. She ruined my new year celebration. When I ate that so called cheese cake n again spam their. There is onle cream no cheese, so if they don't know what is cheese cake then why they open cake shop. This kind of unprofessional people make somene celebration into a nightmare. I hope we have options of - stars to give them Food: 1 Service: 1
