I ordered a biriyani combo and veg biryani from them on the date 20 June through Zomato.They gave me stale food. I tell the Zomato care and the restaurant about it. Its 6 Of July .Till now the Zomato care and restaurant didn't solve my problem. They didn't look out on my problem. When I am trying to reach the restaurant they deny to help me by saying that Zomato didn't inform us about it.So we can't help you about anything. Is this the way you treat your customer???? This is disgusting. I never recommend anyone to try this restaurant Food: 1 Service: 1

Absolutely Amazing Experience! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive — truly some of the best service we've ever received. The food was exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every detail, from cleanliness to overall maintenance, was top-notch. Hi all rourkelites never order from flavour box they are very unprofessional.I order one cheese cake for new year celebration with sparkle candle. They didn't send sparkle candle and on call she said she will send before cake cutting all fake promises. Because of them I did not cut cake on new year. She ruined my new year celebration. When I ate that so called cheese cake n again spam their. There is onle cream no cheese, so if they don't know what is cheese cake then why they open cake shop. This kind of unprofessional people make somene celebration into a nightmare. I hope we have options of - stars to give them. Food: 1 Service: 1
