Chicken in soup and bowl was raw and terrible in taste. We left 80% uneaten. Interestingly, we were billed fully, despite strong negative feedback to the server. Would have expected some acknowledgment and an apology instead of some trivial justification about soaking the chicken. Will never return to Fig & Maple.
