Great coffee at subko sidecar but deducted two stars because of the brand’s lack of empathy. The guard at the entrance door is seen standing all the time, when all brands are becoming empathetic, this is sad and disappointing to see Sidecar lacking empathy towards a security guard. The least they can do is to provide a stool or chair so he can sit in between. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Hi, it's so warming to see your review and genuine concern. As a group we've always done our best to look after our employees, and all our guards have fans/coolers and chairs. The guard at Sidecar also has always had a chair and cooler, but sadly, in the evenings due to MCD regulations we have to remove these things from the pathway, as it’s a public area for walking. Which is something we have had warnings about from time to time, and must be careful about. Hope this helps, and thank you for bringing your concerns to us, we're happy to address them.
