Located in the heart of Prahlad Nagar, Fayrouz is a decent option if you're in the area and craving non-vegetarian food without wanting to travel too far. It’s especially suitable for those living nearby who are looking for something different from the usual local offerings. The menu offers a fairly good variety, including Indian tandoori dishes as well as a few Turkish and Middle Eastern options, which adds a unique touch. We ordered the Tandoori Chicken and the Chicken Platter. The presentation was nice, and the portion sizes were fair. The taste was average – not something that will blow you away, but also not disappointing. It hits the spot if you're in the mood for some grilled non-veg and don’t want to go out of your way. The ambience is decent, nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a casual meal with friends or family. Service was okay – nothing to complain about, but not outstanding either. Overall, Fayrouz is more about convenience and variety than gourmet-level food. It’s a good option if you’re nearby and in the mood for something hearty. Not a destination restaurant, but definitely worth a try for locals. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Food quality is top class however service needs a BIG improvement.
Visited second time today as like the food quality, again quality and taste of food is top class. All 3 dishes ordered were good.
However, their service was extremely poor, took a long time to take the order, then no coordination on what is ordered and whats brought to the table, had to ask multiple times for the tandoori roti...brought it only after the first two dishes (dry/drv gravy) were over. Serving staff looked confused and had total lack of coordination. Then at the billing found they billed extra (9 rotis instead of 6, added water bottle) and the swipe machine first could not be found and finally when it was it didnt connect for a good 15 minute or so. And this all happening on a week day with hardly 2-3 tables occupied, imagine the scene at full rush hour. Fayrouz needs to improve their service level and NEED TO IMPROVE BIG way.
We visited Fayrouz yesterday after reading some good reviews. My opinion as follows:
1. Decent restaurant.
2. Good customer service, at least to us.
3. Food was good and tasty and justified the pricing except for two items. They charged 60 Rs 3 small pieces of Tandoori roti, which I think was way too high. Reasonable pricing in any good restaurant is 30 Rs. Also for coke can they charged 60 Rs which again is way too high, the same is available for 30-40 Rs at MRP and I dont see any justification for paying 20 Rs more.
Other wise all other items we tried were good be it Fish or Chicken.
Recommended? Definitely yes for the good food overall and ambience. Would have given 5 star but for two items over priced so giving 4.
