We are truly sorry to learn about the extremely disappointing experience you had at The Square, Novotel Ahmedabad, especially as it was meant to be a special birthday celebration. Please accept our sincere apologies for the shortcomings you encountered in both service and food quality. The lack of attentiveness, delays in service, improper sequencing of dishes, and the discomfort you felt are deeply concerning to us. This is certainly not the standard of hospitality we strive to deliver, and we regret that you were made to feel ignored rather than welcomed and valued. Your comments regarding staff behavior, table setup, food temperature, portioning, noise levels, and overall ambience have been taken very seriously. We are also particularly sorry that the poor experience overshadowed such an important personal occasion. What should have been a memorable celebration turned into a frustrating experience, and for that, we are genuinely regretful.
