A true local food, it is all about preparation and ingredients. Quality Control by a street vendor, they will never compromise in their preparation, result- the taste will always be the same. The cholay they prepare are full of spices and flavours, you can have cholay with kachori, kulcha or a kulcha roll. The rates are so affordable, it is the quality he serves and warmth he extends to his customers that even a line of Mercedes, BMW are there in waiting for kachori. Lovely lip smacking snacks that you can have to tantalize your tatse buds, or to satisfy a little hunger or a proper lunch. My best wishes to the family for maintaining this quality for affordable price... Do try Fateh Chand ki kachori, it is also there on Zomato. Be aware of the copy cats..
