I received a wrong item and packaging was also very poor this time wrapped in a paper only.when I submitted the complaint to zomato the agent name Harshita closed the complaint without checking the details... very poor

Ambience - 5.0 Service - 4.8 (very nice hospitality, chai served hot) Taste - 2.1 (we ordered Gur wali Chai and Adrak chai and poha) all three were tasteless, no punch of adrak in it and poha too) Prices - (reasonable but with no taste, it was quite costly) Wasn’t expecting this from a 100+ years old brand. But yaa somedays are bad, i understand . Looking at others feedback Will visit again next time and surely update my comments. I have some hope. Picture perfect presentation of food btw. Don’t take my feedback otherwise but positively. Will see you guys in few weeks
