I booked a table one day prior to the event and I got a call for confirmation from Farzi. I had a clear conversation stating that outdoor yis available till 8.30 and after that cover charges will be applicable. I informed that we need outdoor and if we want to take that cover we will confirm on spot after arriving or we will move indoors. On arrival we did not get outdoor seating as promised. The person Mr. Mohan i believe did not agree to what he said and kept arguing. He left he conversation in between and did not have the courtesy to do the necessary arrangements. A very poor service from the management. Zero hospitality and the attitude is not welcoming. The person who served the food was polite but the whole mood was off because of the incident. I will not recommend this place to my people for his behaviour. Farzi, Please be mindful of who you appoint as your customer representative. Someone of this attitude is incapable to handle such situations. Service: 1
