I had a deeply disappointing experience at Falooda United. When we visited to enjoy a cup of coffee, we were informed, in an insulting and dismissive tone, that there was no coffee available and it would take too long to prepare. Being regular costumers, even though we were ready to wait, the particular attitude made it frustrating to remain there. The tone and delivery of this information were utterly unprofessional and downright irritating. It felt like a fabricated excuse rather than a genuine situation. Such behavior is unacceptable in any establishment that claims to value its customers. I regret recommending this place to many of my friends and family. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking courteous service. Food: 4 Service: 1
