Thank you for sharing your feedback. I truly regret that your initial experience with the coffee and the food was not up to expectations. Upon realizing the coffee was bitter,we truly agree that the coffee tasted bitter,as we serve strong coffee to our customers as many prefers it but we soon took initiative to replace it with a freshly made cup of light coffee which we were glad you appreciated later. Regarding the kebabs, I believe you had misunderstanding, as you ordered for Chinese food,i.e chopper rice and fried rice not kebabs.I would appreciate your review if it could reflect the actual order. We try to keep establishment clean and up to the standards,which the municipality expect from a restaurant of this caliber. So we personally invite you to kabab Expresso to experience the rich and vibrant flavours, specially our highly appreciated & famed kebabs for their rich flavour & have become a crowd favorite,which we felt you haven’t had the chance to explore.
