Overall Experience – 4.5/5 Kebab Expresso turned out to be a pleasant surprise with flavorful food and a nice ambience. The dishes I tried were worth the price, and the place offers both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a good spot to hang out with friends or family. ⸻ ️ Food Experience Dum Biriyani – 4/5 Very flavorful and aromatic. Comes with a single piece of chicken, but at just ₹100 it felt absolutely worth it. A budget-friendly yet tasty option. Afghani Al Faham – 4/5 Creamy, well-marinated, and cooked perfectly. A good pick for those who love rich, mildly spiced flavors. Kadak Chai – 5/5 One of the highlights here! Strong, flavorful, and absolutely satisfying. Definitely among my favorite chai spots now. ⸻ Ambience & Seating Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, making it versatile depending on whether you want a cozy meal or a casual hangout. ⸻ Final Verdict Kebab Expresso is a great spot for North Indian dishes, chaats, and kebabs. I recently visited this place and was unfortunately disappointed with my experience. The coffee I ordered contained spoiled milk, which had a distinct off-flavor. Overhearing the staff, it seemed that the milk may have been expired. Additionally, the food, particularly the kebabs, was average and did not meet my expectations. To add to the disappointment, the waiter's attitude and lack of professionalism were evident. His demeanor was off-putting and did not contribute to a positive dining experience. Given the restaurant's focus on kebabs, I had hoped for a more exceptional experience. The quality of the food, the presence of expired milk, and the poor service are concerning and raise questions about the restaurant's hygiene, standards, and staff training. I would recommend Keras Kabab Expresso to take immediate steps to address these issues and ensure the safety and quality of their food, as well as provide proper training to their staff. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I truly regret that your initial experience with the coffee and the food was not up to expectations. Upon realizing the coffee was bitter,we truly agree that the coffee tasted bitter,as we serve strong coffee to our customers as many prefers it but we soon took initiative to replace it with a freshly made cup of light coffee which we were glad you appreciated later.Regarding the kebabs, I believe you had misunderstanding, as you ordered for Chinese food,i.e chopper rice and fried rice not kebabs.I would appreciate your review if it could reflect the actual order.Sir,"We are proud to be from Mumbai, bringing you the best authentic flavors from our hometown.
