The service from the staff is unbearable. There has been a situation where I had to wait for almost half an hour after ordering a single juice. When asked about this, the response of the staff was not even close to the level of hospitality.

I visited Falooda Club late at night on August 25th and was immediately impressed by the welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the positive experience. The club is conveniently located in the prime area of Kadavanthra. We ordered French fries, Mango Mastani, and Chickoo Falooda—all of which were delicious. The Mango Mastani, in particular, was outstanding. Having visited many falooda spots in Kochi and Kottayam, I can confidently say that Falooda Club is now my favorite. The hall is neat and tidy, with a colorful interior that gives the place a rich look. The wait time is approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on your order. Overall, I had an exceptional experience at Falooda Club and highly recommend it to all falooda lovers. Be sure to try their "Mango Mastani."
