I placed an online order today from Fallafel Restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff member named Mahesh was extremely rude while speaking over the phone today 3:30pm regarding my order. His tone was very rough and unprofessional. Even for online orders, customer service matters a lot. Speaking politely and respectfully to customers is basic courtesy. Falafels is a good spot if you’re craving fresh and flavourful falafels. They serve only vegetarian food, with Jain options available too. You can choose from their set menu of falafel wraps or even customise your own with a variety of fillings and sauces. Though it’s been a while since our visit, we had a decent experience overall. The place has enough seating and offers some tasty falafels. If you haven’t tried falafel before, this is a good place to start!
