Heeyyyyy my go to place for shawarma. When I'm tired, depressed or craving for a shawarma, this is the place. I love the labanese bread and they use lettuce in place of cabbage. This place in South Mumbai cooks its food entirely on charcoal. Charcoalate often has a line - for all the right reasons. While they have an array of shawarmas in different styles on their menu and each of them are amazing when it comes to portion size and taste, the other items on their menu do not disappoint either. The Turkish Chicken Roll was wonderful, I liked it even more than the shawarma. They are also one of the very few places to do a fish burger and their Fish on Fire hits all the right taste buds. If you don’t have fish, you’ll love the Chicken Cream Burger which is juicy, flavourful and mouthwateringly sloppy. With all of this, they also serve fries from which I had the cheesy ones, loaded with cheese. Go to Charcoalate when you really want to hog on food, because you won’t be able to stop yourself from ordering more and more. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
