I ordered from fnp due to the commitment they serve. But this time they missed the candle from the package. Which make my surprise little unpleasant, otherwise Cake was really good and Zomato Service at par, Thanks Zomato!!

Owner is rude and unresponsive.
You will call them 10 times after placing an order they won’t pick up.
If you are reading this, there are many good option in Gwalior. Never order cake from here.
You will be leave in tears with a huge burn in your pocket.

Hi Anushka, We want to assure you that's not the experience we want you to have. We want to clarify whole thing by listing down few points where things went wrong. First you booked the order for other city other than Gwalior --> please be mindful of your location before booking the order. Secondly you were asking us to cancel the order which is not possible at our end as we don't have rights as per Zomato policy. --> Ideally the best way is to reach out to zomato CC instead of us, because you have booked the order with Zomato not with us. Thirdly you were not empathetic enough while talking to a senior citizen of 63+ years --> Please be empathetic and be diligent while talking to others. Finally, if someone is busy one couldn't answer anyone's phone --> we will definitely reach out to you at least please give us sometime. We were planning to refund you back the whole amount but you already received the full refund from Zomato by putting a negative review for us. FnP Gwalior Team
