The overall service and experience at Central Park, Gwalior was excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast everyday was tasty with a lot of variety. Special fallout to Ajay from the front desk and Kanhaiya, both of whom displayed exceptional customer service. Service: 5

Location is easily accessible situated right at the heart of the city and on main road. Great hospitality from the staff, from opening car doors for the guests to smooth check in and 24 hrs room service was a great differentiator. Luxury suite was clean and spacious as per the expectations. Food was average. We had an amazing stay, no unnecessary interference from the hotel management. Guests feel welcomed and respected because of the staff behavior. Service: 5

I was not feeling well at night, with vertigo issue, vomiting, The Central Park hotel staff called their emergency car with driver, and took me to hospital immediately at night around 3am, Free of cost. Thank you very much Service: 5
