My recent visit to evergreen cafe, left much to be desired, particularly in terms of their dining service. After placing an order, I waited for an excruciatingly long time, nearly 1.5 hours, for my food to arrive. The delay was unacceptable and greatly impacted my overall experience at the hotel. While the ambiance and decor were pleasant, the lack of efficiency and timeliness in serving meals was a major letdown. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future patrons.
