It is not a bar, where one can sit for a while and drink. It's just a wine shop, as far as I could make out, unless there is some other entrance I couldn't see from the main road. It's located on the main road of the Kasol market, and there is quite a good selection of wine and hard liquor. Price per person: ₹400–600 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
