Worst experience ever. We visited as a group of 6 people on the occasion of Women’s Day, expecting good service, but it turned out to be extremely disappointing. We waited for almost one hour hoping someone would take our order. Even after requesting the staff 2–3 times, there was absolutely no response from their side. After this, I spoke to the manager about how such negligent behavior toward customers—especially women on Women’s Day—is unacceptable. He assured us that our order would be taken immediately, but even after waiting another 30 minutes, no one came to take our order. Eventually, we had to leave the place with empty stomachs and complete disappointment. This level of service is highly unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
