I ordered 2pizza from oven story pizza through Swiggy and the order was delivered to me by oven story pizza delivery person not Swiggy. The pizza I received after 2 hours of ordering it. Pizza was cold I felt like I am eating a chapati it is pathetic. Pizza was cold and dry. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food quality has dropped so much. Most disgusting quality of food even after reporting they would not replace or refund. I also send them pics. Eatsure manages the ovenstory franchise also after complaining to them the refund is only 30-40% of the food. Sometimes they don't help at all. We understand that sometimes the food could be bad. But at least compensate the customer for the same. This place will not last for long. Also I will make sure that I let my friends and other groups add there reviews so we can get rid of this behavior. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
