Food taste was ok.
Staff is very polite and helpful.
They didn't offer much options in buffet
We placed an order for the appetisers and had to wait for 47minutes to have them on the table. In these 47minutes the waiter didn't even come to our table to take our order for the mains. When we asked him why the wait time, he just gave us a blank stare. All said and done we ordered for our mains and we had to wait for another 50mins for our mains to reach our table. It was not only disappointing but it got me irritated to a point where I wanted to walk out of this place. Since I ordered for the steak they could at least give me a steak knife. But I was told that they didn't have any steak knife for me because all the knives were being used by the hotel guests. I asked to call the manager and the waiter told me that he was in a meeting. Meeting at 9pm??? I mean seriously?? Who has a staff meeting during the regular dining hours?
The behaviour of the waiter and the long wait time for average food were the reasons I have given this place a bad rating. I would like to call upon the management to introspect on the same and take some steps in maintaining the standards of Deltin
