I recently had a very disappointing experience at The Palms restaurant in Radisson, Candolim, Goa. The behavior of one of the staff members, a waitress named Suhini, was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful toward me and my guests. She was not only arrogant in her attitude but also blatantly dishonest during our interaction. Instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally, she continued to argue and rant, which made the experience extremely unpleasant. Such conduct is unacceptable, especially at a reputed property like Radisson, where a certain standard of hospitality is expected. Also when checked about the breakfast buffet over call, they told it is 950rs plus taxes per person but at the time of bill payment they charged us 1500rs plus taxes per person. This unfortunate incident left a negative impression and significantly impacted the overall experience of our visit. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure better staff behavior and guest handling in the future. I had high hopes for The Palms, but it was a disappointing experience. The ambiance felt dull and uninspiring, lacking any real character. Service was slow—15 minutes just to take our drink order, and they nearly forgot to bring our starters. When the food finally arrived, it was below average and not worth the wait. The only saving grace was the 50% discount on the bill, but even with that, I wouldn’t rush back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
