I ordered two brownies and total amount was supposed to be around Rs 300 but they charged me Rs 650. They are total frauds and very rude. Don’t ever go there I had a pathetic experience there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited this place expecting a pleasant coffee break, but the experience was terrible. The owner was shockingly rude and tried to sell me an entire cake instead of just a slice. When I questioned it, he casually said, “I’ve already heated it.” To make matters worse, a simple apple almond cake and hot coffee cost ₹970 — absolutely unreasonable for what was served. The attitude, pricing, and complete lack of basic courtesy make it clear why their online ratings are so poor. Beware — big cheats! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 0/5 stars. Avoid Embassy Bakery on Mall Road at all costs! Overpriced doesn't even begin to describe it - the prices are laughable for the quality you receive. The staff, particularly the person behind the counter, was utterly rude and unwelcoming. The atmosphere was uninviting, and the experience was a complete waste of time and money. Last place I'd recommend visiting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600
