Appetizers were okay, but mutton biryani was pathetic and we told the manager about it and he did nothing. Restaurants with good rapport would have deducted the amount as the customer didn't like it but he forced us to pay for it even it was so bad. This creates bad impact on the customer and have decided of not going back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I had a very disappointing experience at Elevate. We booked an online reservation for two for my birthday, but when we arrived, there was no table available. On informing the staff about our reservation, we were asked to sit in a different side-restaurant owned by them instead of the main café. This completely ruined the experience we had planned. Very poor handling of reservations and customer service. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
