We stayed here for 2 days, and it was an excellent experience. The property offers a great ambiance, comfortable rooms, and a nice restaurant. It also has parking facilities, and the staff is exceptionally polite. We booked rooms with breakfast included, and the food quality was impressive. The owner is very kind and welcoming. The only downside is the location, which is a bit far from Munnar. Other than that, everything else is outstanding! Service: 5

Poor in service . Worst food I had been eat in this Ela seasons.And then poor service for serving food .But the ambience is good but food and service is very bad . Rooms: 1 Service: 1
