One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this hotel solely based on the trust I had in Booking.com and the reviews on their platform. However, I now question whether the reviews on Booking.com are genuine or manipulated. The cleanliness of the room was appalling. We found used tissues and leftover items from the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable. The bed linens were heavily stained and covered in hair, and even the replacement linens provided were also stained. The food was overpriced and of very poor quality. I ordered chicken curry and chapatti, but the curry was essentially raw meat in tomato gravy. Overall, a highly disappointing experience. Service: 1

We spent a night here; the rooms were tidy and had a lovely view from the balcony. There were many foreign guests at this hotel during our stay, and the breakfast was fantastic. In terms of value for money, it's excellent. Service: 5

We stayed at this property for one night and had a mixed experience. The location in nature was excellent, offering a serene environment, and the service was good. While the buffet had limited options, the food was tasty. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The floor was dusty, the pillows were dirty and merely covered up with pillowcases, and, shockingly, the toilet hadn’t been flushed when we checked in. For the price of ₹5100, this was absolutely not worth it. While the surroundings and staff were good, the lack of cleanliness made the stay feel overpriced and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend it unless they significantly improve their hygiene standards. Service: 5
