Can I just say I LOVE places like these? I love how simple the place is, how the focus is on quality and the owner is so sweet and wonderful! If you're lucky, you'll get to catch her playing her guitar singing with the most beautiful voice. Once you eat her blueberry cheesecake you won't be able to decide which you like more - her bakes or her singing! I wish I had more time to go and try all her bakes, but this time around all I managed was the NY cheesecake and the Blueberry cheesecake. It's not a stretch to say that her blueberry cheesecake is the best blueberry cheesecake I've ever eaten anywhere in the world. Delightfully dense while also somehow being light and airy and absolutely perfect in sweetness. If you're in Kalimpong, and are craving some bakes to satisfy your sweet tooth, look no further.
