Eastern bakery is not just a bakery, it’s a landmark. From last many years (from my childhood) it has been my favorite bakery. Recently I went to buy snacks to take it to US. Not only did they suggested and made me fresh stuff, they also packed it properly ensuring that there is no oil drip. Customer service is not doing something we request them to do, it’s about understanding the customer and doing the right thing. Best tasting items and the taste has been consistent for ages. Plum cake, butter bun, fruit bread, cream roll are items you can’t find better anywhere else. Staffs are mostly old timers and that shows the management’s care and passion for what they do.
